1. Acceptance of these Terms
By visiting the Service, creating an account, entering as a guest, joining or hosting a room, sending a message, clicking an invitation, or participating in a game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the Privacy & Safety Notice.
If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility and age requirements
The Service is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so, if your access has previously been permanently terminated, or if you are attempting to evade an active restriction.
3. Description of the Service
The Service may provide multiplayer and solo games, guest access, registered accounts, public and private rooms, team play, invitations, chat, profiles, statistics, match history, moderation tools, reports, leaderboards, CPU opponents, game settings, and other interactive features.
Features may be added, removed, renamed, suspended, limited, reset, or changed at any time. Individual games may have additional rules displayed inside the game or lobby. Those rules form part of these Terms.
4. Accounts, guests, and account security
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account, browser session, guest identity, or invitation link.
- You may not sell, rent, transfer, share, or trade accounts.
- You may not create or use additional accounts, guest sessions, VPNs, proxies, devices, or altered identifiers to avoid a warning, mute, suspension, ban, cooldown, room restriction, or other enforcement action.
- Usernames, display names, biographies, room names, team names, and other profile fields must comply with these Terms.
- We may require a name change, invalidate sessions, reset credentials, or restrict registration when necessary for security or safety.
Notify the operator through an official support or administration channel if you believe an account has been compromised.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Service to harm others, undermine fair play, interfere with the platform, or violate law. Prohibited conduct includes:
Cheating and unfair play
- Using bots, scripts, macros, automation, injected code, modified clients, memory tools, packet manipulation, answer databases used in real time, collusion, win trading, unauthorized overlays, or any method that provides an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting bugs, race conditions, synchronization problems, scoring errors, room-setting weaknesses, or unintended game behavior.
- Intentionally disconnecting, reconnecting, creating alternate identities, or manipulating network conditions to avoid a loss, duplicate rewards, alter results, or disrupt a match.
- Sharing or promoting cheats, exploits, bypass methods, stolen accounts, or unauthorized tools.
Attacks, hacking, and disruption
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, administrator systems, databases, source files, APIs, sessions, servers, networks, hosting accounts, or other users' information.
- Scanning, probing, reverse engineering for abuse, credential stuffing, brute forcing, phishing, session theft, impersonation, social engineering, malware delivery, or malicious link sharing.
- Launching, arranging, threatening, purchasing, encouraging, or assisting a denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attack.
- Flooding requests, evading rate limits, abusing invitations or reports, scraping protected data, or intentionally consuming excessive server resources.
- Interfering with logs, moderation, evidence collection, filters, reports, room controls, or security mechanisms.
Abuse and unlawful activity
- Threats, harassment, stalking, hateful conduct, sexual exploitation, grooming, doxxing, extortion, fraud, impersonation, or targeted abuse.
- Posting illegal content, credible threats, personal information without permission, malware, phishing pages, stolen material, or instructions intended to facilitate harm.
- Using the Service to coordinate unlawful conduct or to solicit, advertise, sell, or distribute prohibited goods or services.
- Submitting knowingly false reports or abusing moderation tools to harass another person.
Security testing requires prior written authorization. A claim that activity was “only testing” does not authorize scanning, exploitation, disruption, or access attempts.
6. User content, chats, names, and links
“User Content” includes chats, links, usernames, display names, biographies, room names, team names, reports, profile information, invitations, and other material submitted through the Service.
- You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit.
- You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, filter, moderate, redact, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, protect, investigate, and improve the Service.
- You must have the right to submit your content, and it must not violate privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
- Links may not lead to malware, phishing, scams, illegal material, harassment, tracking intended to harm users, or content prohibited by these Terms.
- We may remove, hide, replace, block, or retain content without prior notice.
Private or password-protected rooms are not guaranteed to be private from moderation, security logging, legal process, or platform administration.
7. Monitoring, logging, and safety review
To operate and protect the Service, automated systems and authorized administrators may monitor, filter, log, and review chats, links, usernames, room names, reports, game events, account activity, login attempts, moderation actions, IP and device identifiers, browser and session identifiers, timestamps, and security events.
Monitoring may be used to prevent spam, cheating, abuse, account evasion, fraud, unauthorized access, attacks, and other violations; investigate reports; enforce these Terms; maintain records; and comply with legal obligations.
Do not use the Service to communicate information you require to remain confidential. No online system can guarantee absolute confidentiality, availability, or security.
Additional details appear in the Privacy & Safety Notice.
8. Moderation and enforcement
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to investigate suspected violations and take action we consider reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties.
Actions may include warnings, content removal, chat locking, message deletion, rate limits, score adjustment, match cancellation, room closure, player removal, session termination, forced name changes, report restrictions, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent ban, registration blocks, IP or device restrictions, evidence preservation, and referral to hosting providers or authorities.
- Enforcement may apply to registered accounts, guest identities, devices, sessions, browsers, networks, related accounts, and future accounts reasonably linked to the same person or conduct.
- We may act without advance notice when immediate action is appropriate.
- Restriction durations and reasons may be displayed to the affected user, but sensitive detection methods or third-party information may be withheld.
- Attempts to evade enforcement may result in additional or permanent restrictions.
- We are not required to restore rooms, scores, statistics, chat records, usernames, or access following enforcement or a technical failure.
An affected user may request review through an official support or administration channel, if one is available. Submission of a request does not guarantee reversal.
9. Security incidents and law-enforcement cooperation
Credible evidence of attacks, unauthorized access, fraud, exploitation, threats, abuse, or other potentially unlawful conduct may be preserved and disclosed to hosting providers, affected parties, cybersecurity professionals, emergency services, law-enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, or other authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.
We may cooperate with valid legal process and may make voluntary reports when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent harm, protect rights or systems, investigate an offense, or comply with law.
You must not destroy, alter, conceal, or fabricate information relevant to a security or safety investigation.
10. Scores, statistics, points, and virtual items
Scores, prize ladders, points, wins, achievements, statistics, ranks, profiles, room ownership, and other virtual features are provided for entertainment only. They have no cash value, are not currency, are not redeemable, and do not create property or ownership rights.
We may correct, reset, remove, or recalculate virtual progress when necessary because of errors, cheating, testing, maintenance, migration, balancing, or enforcement.
11. Availability, maintenance, and changes
The Service may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, reset, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or browser, permanent storage, specific response times, error-free gameplay, or preservation of rooms, chat, scores, accounts, or statistics.
We may perform maintenance, introduce limits, change game rules, replace questions, modify categories, alter scoring, disable features, close rooms, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.
12. Intellectual property
The Service, excluding lawful User Content, including its code, interfaces, visual design, game logic, databases, graphics, text, questions, branding, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to the operator and is protected by applicable law.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
13. Third-party services and links
The Service may rely on hosting, networks, browsers, operating systems, libraries, or third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, policies, products, or conduct.
Opening a user-submitted or third-party link is at your own risk. A link appearing in chat does not mean the operator endorses or verifies it.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, security, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that filters will detect every harmful message, that moderation will prevent every incident, that users are who they claim to be, that questions or answers are always error-free, or that security controls cannot be bypassed.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its administrators, developers, moderators, hosting providers, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or use; account or score loss; service interruption; user conduct; third-party links; security incidents; or unauthorized access arising from or related to the Service.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator and its administrators, developers, moderators, hosting providers, contributors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your User Content, misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.
17. Termination by you or the operator
You may stop using the Service at any time. The operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any feature or the entire Service at any time when reasonably necessary for safety, security, operations, legal compliance, or enforcement.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, monitoring, evidence preservation, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and general provisions—will survive.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect new games, features, laws, security practices, or operational needs. The updated effective date will be shown at the top of this page. Material changes may also be announced through the Service when practical.
19. General terms
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the affected provision will be interpreted as closely as legally possible to its intended purpose.
- Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
- You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without permission. The operator may assign these Terms in connection with a transfer, reorganization, or change in operation.
- These Terms, together with the Privacy & Safety Notice and any game-specific rules, form the entire agreement regarding use of the Service.
- Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
